    課程資訊與特色

• 課程時數：1期3個月，共12週，每週15小時，每期約180小時
• 上課時間：早上9:25(8:30)~12:00 或 下午13:10~16:00(17:00) (視開班情形)，
• 每班人數：每班約7-16人
• 課程學費：新台幣27,000元 (學費低廉)
• 教材費用：書籍教材約新台幣500-1000元
• 華語師資：皆具備華語教學相關學歷或教育部對外華語教學能力證照
• 校內住宿：外籍生可校內住宿 (以有空房的房型為優先，費用須自付)
• 工作機會：鄰近新竹科學園區，工作機會多
• 客製課程：可客製化課程。
• 學好華語，有機會回僑居地台商公司上班，薪水可翻倍成長

重要注意事項

• 前往學校的交通方式： 學生可安排由學校或在臺親友接機，亦可搭乘機場計程車前往住宿地點。
• 住宿選擇： 學生可選擇入住校內宿舍，或自行在校外租屋。
• 外僑居留證（ARC）申請： 持「研習華語（FR）」目的之停留簽證入境臺灣的學生，在同一所華語教學中心連續就讀滿 4 個月，並已註冊至少再繼續就讀 3 個月者，可申請居留，但仍須符合出席率及其他相關規定。
• 團體保險： 學生入學後須參加團體保險，費用為每月新臺幣 500 元。
• 全民健康保險： 持有 ARC 並在臺灣連續居留滿 6 個月後，符合資格者可加入全民健康保險。

退費與退學規定

1. 華語中心確認收到學費後，將核發正式入學通知書。
2. 若申請人因簽證遭拒或其他不可抗力因素而無法辦理入學，中心將全額退還學費，但須扣除銀行手續費及郵寄費用。
3. 若學生因個人因素自行退學，恕不退還學費。
4. 申請退費時，須提供相關證明文件。

• 請注意，外交部有時候會要求簽證申請人須提供保證人，本中心無法為學生擔任保證人！

    Course Information & Features

• Course Hours: Each term lasts 3 months, for 12 weeks. Classes are 15 hours per week, totaling about 180 hours per term.

• Class Schedule: 9:25(8:30)–12:00 (morning) or 13:10–16:00(17:00) (afternoon), depending on class availability.

• Class Size: Approximately 7–16 students per class.

• Tuition Fee: NT$27,000 per term (affordable tuition).

• Textbook Fee: Around NT$500–1,000.

• Instructors: All instructors hold degrees related to Teaching Chinese as a Second Language or are certified by the Ministry of Education.

• On-campus Housing: Available for international students (subject to room availability; accommodation fees apply).

• Job Opportunities: Located near the Hsinchu Science Park, offering abundant employment opportunities.

• Customized Courses: Tailor-made courses can be arranged.

• Career Opportunities: With improved Mandarin skills, students may find jobs in Taiwanese companies abroad, potentially doubling their salary.

Important Notes

• Transportation to School: Students may arrange pick-up with the university or relatives/friends in Taiwan, or take an airport taxi to their residence.

• Accommodation Options: Students may choose on-campus housing or rent independently.

• ARC Application: Students who entered Taiwan with a Visitor Visa for studying Mandarin Chinese (FR) may apply for residence after completing 4 months of continuous study at the same Mandarin learning center and registering for at least another 3 months, subject to applicable attendance and other requirements.

• Group Insurance: Students are required to join group insurance upon enrollment. Fee: NT$500/month.

• National Health Insurance: Eligible after holding an ARC and residing in Taiwan for 6 consecutive months.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. The Mandarin Learning Center will issue an admission notice once tuition payment has been confirmed.

2. If applicants are unable to register due to visa denial or other force majeure factors, the Center will refund the full tuition, minus bank and mailing fees.

3. No refunds will be granted if students withdraw for personal reasons.

4. Refund requests must be supported by relevant documentation.

⚠️ Important: Please note that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may require visa applicants to provide a guarantor. Our Center cannot serve as a guarantor for students.
