教育部辦理 「國際學伴計畫（International Companions for Learning Program, ICL）」，現正招募115學年度第1學期大專校院外籍生學伴志工，歡迎本校外籍學生踴躍報名參加！

The Ministry of Education (MOE) is currently recruiting international student volunteers for the Fall 2026 International Companions for Learning (ICL) Program. International students at Chung Hua University are welcome to apply and participate!

📌 計畫內容Program Overview

本計畫媒合大專校院國際學生與本國大學生，共同陪伴全臺各縣市國中小學生進行英語視訊課程，透過互動交流，促進跨國文化理解，並拓展學童的國際視野。

The program connects international students and Taiwanese university students with elementary and junior high school students from different cities and counties across Taiwan. Through online English classes and interactive activities, participants will have the opportunity to support students’ English learning, promote cross-cultural exchange, and help broaden their international perspectives.

📌 招募對象Eligibility

本校外籍學生皆可報名參加，包括：

International students at Chung Hua University are welcome to apply, including:

• 外國學位生International degree students
• 華語中心學生Students from the Chinese Language Center
• 其他符合資格之外籍學生Other eligible international students
