活動主題：
「看見臺灣：從世界的眼睛出發 」： 從自然景觀、城市街景、人文互動、校園生活、飲食文化或日常片段出發，捕捉臺灣最動人的瞬間。呈現一個多元、溫暖且富有生命力的臺灣，讓更多人從「世界的眼睛」重新看見臺灣的美。
活動對象：
臺灣獎學金及華語文獎學金之在領受獎學生
收件截止日期：
2026年 2月 28 日中午 12:00
獎項及獎勵：
- 圖文組：獎金新台幣1,000~10,000元不等及獎狀乙紙。
- 短片組：獎金新台幣5,000~10,000元不等及獎狀乙紙。

Activity Theme：
Seeing Taiwan Through Global Eyes: Starting from natural landscapes, urban streetscapes, cultural interactions, campus life, food culture, or everyday moments, this theme encourages participants to capture Taiwan’s most touching and inspiring moments. It presents a diverse, warm, and vibrant Taiwan, allowing more people around the world to rediscover Taiwan’s beauty through global perspectives.
Participants：
The current Taiwan Scholarship and Huayu Enrichment Scholarship recipients.
Registration Deadline：
until 12:00 noon, 28th February 2026
Contest Prizes：
- Photographs and Captions: NTD 1,000~10,000 award with a certificate.
- Short Film: NTD 5,000~10,000 award with a certificate.
