Chung Hua University, a comprehensive university with five colleges established in 1990, is located close to Hsinchu technopolis, the silicon valley of Taiwan. If you are looking for EMI (English as a medium of instruction) undergraduate programs, CHU has the following EMI dual-degree programs that may meet your needs.

Two new double-degree programs in which all the courses are taught in English, were just approved by Ministry of Education in March, 2019 to recruit both local and international students. The College of Tourism at Chung Hua University is cooperating with the University of Sunderland to offer Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in international tourism and hospitality management (ITHM); the College of Management at Chung Hua University is collaborating with the University of the West of England to offer a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in commerce and business administration.

Chung Hua University is honored to initiate double-degree programs with two well-established and prestigious universities in England. Studying at Chung Hua University for three years, students then study one year at our sister university in England to obtain two internationally recognized Bachelor’s degrees. Students will no doubt gain a competitive edge over their peers in working in an international environment.

If you have learned Chinese but are not good enough to take courses taught in Mandarin, you are welcome to take intensive Chinese courses in our Chinese Language Center (華語中心) before you apply for admission to our university.
