【Event Announcement】2026-2027 Rotary International Mandarin and Taiwanese Speech Competition for International Students in Taiwan 2026-2027年度國際扶輪「在台外國留學生華語暨台語講演比賽」，歡迎踴躍報名！
為促進國際文化交流，鼓勵在臺外國留學生認識臺灣語言與人文特色，國際扶輪3523地區舉辦「在台外國留學生華語暨台語講演比賽」，邀請在臺外國留學生透過演講分享在臺生活經驗、對臺灣文化的觀察，以及學習華語與台語的心得，促進不同國家之間的文化交流。
To promote international cultural exchange and encourage international students in Taiwan to learn more about Taiwan’s languages, culture, and traditions, Rotary International District 3523 is organizing the “Mandarin and Taiwanese Speech Competition for International Students in Taiwan.”
International students are invited to share their experiences of living in Taiwan, their observations of Taiwanese culture, and their journeys of learning Mandarin and Taiwanese through speeches. This competition provides a wonderful opportunity to express themselves and foster cultural exchange among people from different countries.
