As part of International Week, our university successfully hosted the “Speak Mandarin with Confidence: Entering the Taiwanese Workplace & Anti-Fraud Awareness Seminar,” which attracted enthusiastic participation from international students. Through engaging and practical presentations, the event helped students improve their Mandarin communication skills and become familiar with commonly used workplace and interview expressions in Taiwan.
The program also introduced job and part-time work opportunities, relevant labor regulations, and included an anti-fraud awareness session. Students learned how to identify common employment scams and job-related pitfalls, ensuring they can work legally and safely in Taiwan. With lively interactions and a friendly atmosphere, the event equipped international students with valuable knowledge and confidence for their future career journey in Taiwan.
