On March 23, Ms. Chuang led a group of Japanese international students from the Bachelor Program in Applied Foreign Language & Smart Commerce and Taiwanese students to Jiadong Elementary School for a community cultural exchange. The children were able to directly experience Japanese culture. The Japanese international students taught the children Japanese vocabulary, played games, and sang songs. The children were very surprised because it was the first time that Japanese people conducted these activities with elementary school students at their school, and the children were very cooperative with the Taiwanese students from CHU as well. The Japanese international students were particularly impressed by this rare opportunity. Jiadong Elementary School hopes that there will be more opportunities for more cultural exchanges with CHU in the future.
