Regarding the anti-epidemic measures for the COVID-19, in accordance with the latest warning standards, please be sure to comply with the following regulations to protect each other's health:

1⃣. Be sure to enter the campus of Chung Hua University all the way. You must wear a mask!

2⃣. All teachers and students of the school must scan the QRcode of the place with their mobile phones before entering the "Student Dining Room" and each administrative office. Please cooperate and execute!

3⃣. Please cooperate with body temperature measurement and alcohol disinfection when entering the "student restaurant"

4⃣. Pay attention to good ventilation during class and maintain social distancing; if you cannot maintain social distancing, wear a mask.

　

Social distance should be maintained at 1.5 meters indoors and 1 meter outdoors

5⃣. The instructor implements the classroom roll call , and assists in recording the student seat in the classroom, so as to keep the attendance record.

6⃣. Guests entering the campus will adopt the real-name system  and need to fill in the health declaration form.

7⃣. During the epidemic prevention period, if students have symptoms related to COVID-19, they should seek medical treatment immediately or rest at home, avoid going out or attending school to work, and the school will not include attendance records.

 ⚠In case of fever (forehead temperature ≧37.5°C, ear temperature ≧38°C), cough, sore throat, respiratory distress symptoms (shortness of breath, difficulty breathing), runny nose, muscle or joint pain, weakness of limbs, loss of smell or taste.

Those with symptoms of the disease should rest at home, and please #see a doctor as soon as possible and call the special line (03-5186161) to notify the school . Return to school more than 24 hours after the symptoms are relieved. 

 ⚠If any relatives or friends who live with them are undergoing home quarantine, home isolation or independent health management, please notify the supervisor or class instructor, and wait for 14 days after the quarantine of relatives and friends living with them, before returning to work or school.
