In response to the heat of the epidemic, the school will strengthen epidemic prevention measures from May 17 (Monday), including; the entire school curriculum is changed to remote teaching, people and vehicles outside the school are not allowed to enter the school except for official duties and related epidemic prevention regulations.
1. Comprehensive distance teaching:
(1) If the remote teaching method (such as experimental class, practical class, physical education class) cannot be adopted due to the nature of the course, or if the teacher is not prepared in the first week (5/17~5/23), the MS Teams system cannot Normal operation requires supplementary lessons afterwards. (1) Faculty and staff students must show their student certificates when entering and leaving the school. Those who have the school vehicle pass can pass directly.
(2) Those who enter the school on official business must present the supporting documents provided by the interviewed unit (such as meeting notices, invitation letters, emails, etc., both paper and electronic files). 4. Starting from May 17th, students are requested to avoid entering the campus and reduce going out for non-essential circumstances, and to abide by the epidemic prevention regulations together to reduce the risk of infection.
5. Student club activities will be immediately suspended or changed to online. The student activity center is temporarily closed for club activities (only students are allowed to pick up personal belongings from the club office); the physical fitness center and swimming pool are temporarily closed; the library is also closed for study rooms and reading rooms, and only books are available for borrowing and returning.
6. From May 17th, the school restaurant encourages take-out meals. If you have to dine inside, place a grid on the table for isolation.
7. From May 17th, all courses in our school will be changed to remote teaching, and students are prohibited from entering classrooms in all teaching buildings. Teachers are requested to arrange time for use in the laboratory, and a maximum of 4 people can use it at each time.
8. From May 18th, all units of this school can adjust their office methods according to the nature of the business content, and arrange for home office, remote office, or batch office work, and a roster should be provided to the personnel office.
9. Various anti-epidemic measures will be adjusted at any time as announced by the central government. All faculty, staff and students are requested to cooperate with all anti-epidemic measures.
At the same time, I remind everyone that the current severe epidemic situation should wear masks, wash hands frequently, keep social distance with others, and pay attention to whether there are fever, respiratory symptoms, diarrhea, abnormal smell and taste and other suspected symptoms. If you have suspected symptoms, you should wear a medical mask and go to the nearby community hospital for medical treatment as soon as possible, and you should not take public transportation; when you go to the doctor, you should actively inform the contact history, travel history, occupational exposure and whether there are other things nearby. People have similar symptoms; they should also wear a medical mask after returning home to avoid going out.
