Bring back experience and focus on co-creation issues in local and rural areas

The Chau Tsai Wetland in Zuoying, Kaohsiung was designed by Zhang Jianlongqin, the third graduate of the Department of Landscape Architecture. Under the name of the "Water Pheasant Returning Home Project", it became the first Hong Kong capital specifically designed for bird conservation. The wetland park is not only a place for hundreds of species of creatures, but also a popular spot for photography.

Under the leadership of Mr. Chen Xiangyuan, the landscape students walked out of the classroom to have a practical dialogue with seniors. They learned from the experience the importance of wetland in urban development and brought back the valuable experience of building Zhouzi Wetland Park to Hsinchu. We should focus on The issue of water pollution and wetlands along the Xiaoli River in Hsinchu District has assisted the rural co-creation.
