特別規定-Special Conditions

碩士班之修業期限以兩年/4學期為原則。

    The duration of study for Master's Degree Program is based on the principle of two years / four semesters.

除宣傳、推廣及協助學生辦理來臺必要程序外，本校並未委外辦理招生事務。
    Except the dissemination, promotion and assist international students in necessary procedures to Taiwan, Chung Hua University has not outsourced the admission process with  agencies.

申請應繳文件-Documents required for application

完整的申請資料包括以下文件，申請者需將文件按照順序上傳。缺件將導致你的申請程序被延遲。
     A complete application package must include the following documents. 

1. 上網填入學申請表，附個人正面照片。
   Complete the online application form with a recent head-shoulder photo.
    
2. 英文或中文自傳與讀書計畫各一份。
   A statement of purpose and autobiography in English or Chinese.
    
3. 護照掃描包含簽名頁。
   A copy of passport with bearer's signature page.
    

4. 大學畢業證書：一份經過中華民國(台灣)駐外代表處認證的畢業證書影本。（如果文件非中文或英文，需要另附中文或英文譯本；畢業證書正本與認證正本於開學註冊時繳交)
   *應屆畢業生申請入學：請用在學證明取代畢業證書；等拿到畢業證書後，再進行認證。
   One photocopy of bachelor diploma with verification by Taipei Economic and Cultural Office. (The English or Chinese verified version is also necessary if the original diploma is not in either language. The original verified certificate shall be submitted upon registration at the beginning of the new semester.)
   *Certificate of enrollment is required if applicant is currently studying in the last semester of school.

5. 大學成績單影本：一份經由原校所在地之中華民國(台灣)駐外代表處認證的歷年成績單影本(Yearly Transcripts)。（如果文件非中文或英文，需要另附中文或英文譯本；成績單正本與認證正本於開學註冊時繳交)。
   若申請時你仍然在學校就讀，請領到畢業證書後，再進行畢業證書與成績單認證。   
   One photocopy of official English yearly transcripts from all academic years of university/college with verification by Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the country where the documents are issued. (The English or Chinese verified version is also necessary if the original transcript is not in either language. The original verified transcripts shall be submitted upon registration at the beginning of the new semester.)
   If an applicant is studying in the last semester of school, required documents should be verified after graduation.
    
6. 兩封推薦信，由學校師長或主管親自簽名，推薦人聯絡資訊(職稱/email/電話)必須顯示在推薦信上。
   Two letters of recommendation. Please save the file in JPG format. References should sign on the letter, position title and contact info should be provided on the letter. Recommendation should not be written by friends or family members.
    
7. 英語能力證明 (TOEFL IBT 47、TOEFL ITP 457、IELTS 4.0 or TOEIC 550以上)。
   English language proficiency (TOEFL IBT 47、TOEFL ITP 457、IELTS 4.0 or TOEIC 550 or above).

獎助學金資訊-Scholarships

• 政府補助金 Government Subsidies
  (一 )初次來臺的相關必要行政費用：採一次性補助，包含來臺前的健康檢查費用、簽證費用及文書驗證費用，補助上限為新臺幣 1 萬元。
  Initial administrative expenses upon arrival in Taiwan: A one-time subsidy covering health examination fees, visa fees, and document verification fees. Subsidy limits: NT$10,000.
  (二 )來臺單程機票：採一次性補助，機票費用以來臺最直接航程之經濟艙單程機票核實請領，上限為新臺幣 9,000 元。
  One-way airfare to Taiwan: A one-time subsidy covering the cost of the most direct economy class one-way ticket to Taiwan. Subsidy limits: NT$9,000.
  (三 )註冊入學後最多 2 年的學雜費 :
  Tuition and miscellaneous fees for up to 2 years after enrollment:
  1. 依學生實際應繳交給學校的學雜費給予補助，每年補助上限新臺幣 10 萬元（一學期上限為新臺幣 5 萬元） ），學雜費之差額及其餘學生應繳費用 (住宿、保險及其他費用 ) ，應由學生自行
  負擔。
  Subsidy will be provided based on the actual amount of tuition and miscellaneous fees payable to the University by the student, with a maximum of NT$100,000 per academic year (and up to NT$50,000 per semester). Any difference exceeding the subsidy amount, as well as all other expenses to be borne by the student—including housing, insurance, and other related costs—shall remain the student's responsibility.
  2. 學生入學第一年給予10萬元新台幣 學雜費補助。 英文授課班級者第二年華語能力聽、讀 2 項皆須達 A2 級 (含) 以上，且需通過學校與政府審查成績與表現後，政府擇優核給予10萬元新台幣學雜費補助 。
  In the first year of enrollment, students will receive a subsidy of NT$100,000 for tuition and miscellaneous fee. In the second year of enrollment, students must meet Chinese language proficiency requirements (TOCFL A2 level for English-taught classes) and pass the review of their performance by the school and government to be eligible for a subsidy of NT$100,000 for tuition and miscellaneous fee.
• 合作企業補助金 Collaborating Company Subsidies
  (一 )企業提供每位學生在學期間每月新臺幣 1 萬元以上之生活津貼。
  Industry provides each student with a monthly living allowance of NT$10,000 during the first year.
  (二 )企業提供每位學生實習期間不低於最低薪資之實習津貼。
  Industry provides each student with monthly salary not lower than minimum wedge during the internship period.
