Registration process for foreign students
Venue: Please go to the International Office for registration (R&D Building I211) Date and time: February 18-20, 2019, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm needed file
1. Passport
2. Student visa and a copy
3. The highest academic diploma and a copy of the graduation certificate in English certified by the ROC overseas representative office
4. A copy of the English version of the transcript and copy of the highest academic qualification certified by the ROC overseas representative office
5. Four passport photos
6. Proof of medical insurance (if you don’t have one, you can take out student group insurance when you register, and the premium for 6 months is NT$3,600)
7. English or Chinese language score certificate
8. Bursary application form
9. Emergency authorization consent form (parents must fill in and sign in person)
